ASSP Acadiana Chapter Engages Students at Engineering and Technology Week Expo

The Acadiana Chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals participated in Engineering and Technology Week Expo Day for the College of Engineering at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Their booth gave students the opportunity to connect with safety professionals, learn about career pathways in occupational safety, and explore how to get involved in the profession early.

Events like this play an important role in bridging the gap between education and industry while strengthening student engagement and workforce readiness.
